We have been enjoying an unusually cool and not humid August in Bellevue so playing outside is actually a pleasant experience! Despite the look on David's face, I believe he was enjoying being outside with his family...
Since Ross and Eli left, Radley has been wanting to play baseball all the time! So I tied a baseball on a string and hung it from a branch in our tree. Radley loves to hit the ball--especially when he hits it really hard and it gets wrapped up in the tree!
This is a picture of a cocoon we found on the playhouse. After some internet research, we THINK it is a monarch butterfly. We will keep you posted on it's progress!
