Radley's haircut was disastrous. He screamed like he was being beaten the entire time. He tried to jump out of the car that he was sitting in to get his haircut. He threw a couple of punches. He scrunched down in the seat and buried his head against the steering wheel so that the girl cutting his hair had to really get creative. By the end of it his face was a splotchy bright red (which you can still see a bit in the picture) and he kept saying, "No mamma, noooooooooooo." I pretty much promised him everything under the sun to get him to cooperate--which he promptly remembered once the haircut debacle was over. But, it's done and it looks better. A little shorter than I would have liked but I am not going to complain. It is better than his quasi-mullet than he has been sporting since mommy tried to give him a haircut.
He looks less like Johnny from the Karate Kid...

and more like Caesar, or maybe Cousin Phil, now...

I gave the hairstylist a nice tip because she definitely earned it. And as you can tell, he has fully recovered from his ordeal!

He looks so cute! Sorry it was just a hard time, I know the feeling! Lilly is the same way.
